If you require assistance navigating our website on the evening of Tuesday, May 15, or you need a Client number or help retrieving your existing Client/PIN numbers, please call the Help Line at 604-276-4333 between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Please note: This line is NOT for program registration but for staff to assist you in preparation for Summer registration.
Registration is still available for Spring 2012 programs.
Programs can be viewed at www.richmond.ca/guide or pick up a Parks, Recreation and Culture Guide at Richmond community facilities, Safeway's and Save-On-Foods.
Register one of three ways:
- online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- by calling the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- in person at recreation and cultural facilities

Refunds, Withdrawals and Transfer Guidelines
We encourage customers to contact the Registration Call Centre, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to receive a refund or to withdraw or transfer from a class or program. Customers may choose to contact the facility offering the class if withdrawing outside of Registration Call Centre hours. Please note: refunds, withdrawals and transfers cannot be processed online. To Register
You will need: Client and PIN #, a Visa, MasterCard or American Express number with expiry date and the Course Number(s) from the Parks, Recreation and Culture Guide.
Payment Options
Register online or by phone using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Debit, cheque and cash are also accepted when registering in person.
Arena and Aquatic schedules and Sport Field and Rental Information
Call 604-276-4300 to speak to a Registration Call Centre Customer Service Agent Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Summer Daycamp Parental Consent Form and Daycamp Welcome Letter
Please ensure a Parental Consent Form is completed for each child and returned to the appropriate facility before the Daycamp start date. Parental Consent Forms can be obtained at any facility or downloaded here.
